The Very Loud Indeed Co Omnisphere Mirai
Omnisphere Mirai is a collection of 120 cinematic patches for Spectrasonics’ Omnisphere 2.8+, built from 128 exclusive sound sources created specifically for this release. The library is entirely original, using no stock sounds or recycled material from Omnisphere or any other soundset.
Mirai stands as the most synth-driven collection in the series, drawing strong inspiration from cyberpunk aesthetics and retro electronica. Unlike traditional presets, it is fully sample-based and does not rely on Omnisphere’s internal oscillator waveforms.
Instead, a wide range of complex wavetables was crafted using multiple synthesizers, then layered and resampled into unique sound sources. Each patch becomes a true hybrid—blending characteristics from different synths to deliver a rich, distinctive tonal character.
The modulation wheel plays a central role throughout the library, often transforming patches in dramatic ways—sometimes evolving them into entirely new sounds—encouraging hands-on exploration and expressive performance.
